In this day and age more and more women decide they want to alter the shape
and/or size of their breasts. While cosmetic surgery is an easy and reversible
avenue of realizing these changes, this form of breast augmentation is not for
all women. Breast augmentation requires substantial amounts of money and time,
can have serious consequences both physical and mental, and still is not fully

pills, and even exercises have been created to help enhance a woman’s breasts.
Most of the breast enhancement pills on the market today use a combination of the same herbs and stimulants. Generally these ingredients are: saw palmetto, fennel, damiana, Mexican wild yam, fenugreek, Dong Quai, and blessed thistle. These herbal components are purported to cause a reaction in the body similar to that of puberty, when breast tissue starts to grow. The downside to the use of pills is that it can take a long time to see results. A woman with a small or medium cup size at the beginning may not see the expected “optimum” results for up to 2 months or longer. Creams and lotions are another non surgical form of breast enhancement. Used by themselves they are the least effective, but when combined with exercise, pills, or both, one can expect to see substantial size increases. Creams essentially work the same way breast enhancement pills do. They contain many of the same herbal components, but add some other chemicals to cause growth of fatty cells in the breasts, but not elsewhere on the body. Creams can also make the skin of the breasts smoother, and the breasts themselves firmer.
Exercises are the
cheapest method one can use to enhance their breasts, as well as being most
natural. However, they require the most dedication since they require more
effort than taking a pill or rubbing on a cream or lotion. Push-ups are the most
popular exercise for breast enhancement. Other exercises you can do are arm
swings, standing push-ups, breast presses, bench press, modified push ups, and
back extensions. Doing these exercises will tone the muscles around and under
the breasts, as well as increase their size some, making your breasts look
larger and perkier. If you are unsure about how to do these exercises, look them

instructions telling you how to properly do these exercises, and what you will
need, if anything, to do them.
